DEPOSIT
For all new orders, a required 50% deposit of the total is due at the time of placing the order.
The remainder to be paid at time of pick-up. If using your insurance, claims will be submitted once balance is paid in full.

CUSTOMERS OWN FRAME
If you'd like to use a frame you already own, we'd be happy to fit it with new Rx lenses from our in-house lab with a small $30 fee. With that fee comes adjustments for the life of the frame and help with repairs. Every care will be taken with your frame, however no responsibility can be taken for any breakage that may occur. We also regard the right to decline a frame if it's condition doesn't meet our quality standards.

ADJUSTMENTS

All adjustments on frames purchased from us are free, so come on in any time you need any changes to the fit!
If you have a frame that was purchased elsewhere, we'd be happy to adopt that frame for a one time fee of $30. Once your frame has been adopted by us, we'll adjust it for the life of the frame and help with any minor repairs or tune-ups.
CUSTOMER APPROVAL

We hand-pick every frame in our store, but sometimes you might fall in love with a style but the color might not be quite your taste. We are happy to order any frame in for you to try out if it's not on our wall. Rather than paying for the frame, we just ask that you pay a one time shipping fee of $15. That $15 will be deducted from your total if you end up purchasing that or any other frame from us during your visit to try it out.

FRAME DONATIONS

Giving back is important to us. If you have any prescription glasses you're no longer using, we'd love for you to donate them. We work closely with the local Lion's Club to accept and pass along any glasses that have outlived their use for you, so they can help someone else in need! We accept donations during regular business hours. Just ask and we'll be happy to assist you!
