Return Requests:

 

Return requests for purchases made from annapolisopticians.com must be made within ten (10) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by delivery service (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). If ten (10) days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to make a return request and receive return authorization, please contact US at info@annapolisopticians.com.

 

Please do not send your return item to the manufacturer.

 

Please note, product returned to Annapolis Opticians without a pre-authorization, will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery.

 

Items purchased on annapolisopticians.com may be returned our brick and mortar store in-person, as well.

 

Quality / Component Requirements for Product Returns:

 

All products returned must be in like-new, re-saleable condition, and include all original protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to: temple sleeves, cases, cleaning cloths, authenticity cards, boxes, and booklets.

 

Product which has had the lenses removed or altered, has visibly been worn, or has been adjusted for custom bend and / or fit alteration will not receive a refund and will be returned to the customer at a rate of $20.00 per shipment.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges.

 

Return Shipment:

 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All return shipments should be sent back securely packed in their original corrugated carton and void fill. If the original corrugated carton is unavailable, a comparable heavy corrugated shipping carton and appropriate void fill materials may be used. A copy of the proof of purchase must be included in package.

 

Any product damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging and / or void fill materials will not be the responsibility Annapolis Opticians and no refund shall be issued.

 

Refund Amounts:

 

All refunds will be posted to the payment card used to make the original purchase.

 

Exchange Requests:

 

Annapolis Opticians does not authorize exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different style or color, please return the product originally purchased in accordance with the policy listed above in order to receive a refund and then make a new purchase.

 

Right to Refuse Return:

 

Annapolis Opticians reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with the above Return Policy and all other applicable polices governing purchases made through annapolisopticians.com.

All returns deemed to fall outside of the policies and guidelines set forth will be returned to the sender at a charge of $20.00 per shipment.

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States for purchases. All shipments are shipped through the UPS unless otherwise requested. All shipments should arrive within one week. If you express shipping please contact us before making your purchase. When choosing an express option please note that delays may occur that are out of our control such as weather, holidays, etc. If this happens we cannot refund an express shipping charge.
