APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

If you can't make your appointment, please let us know no later than 24 hours before your scheduled exam. If we don't receive such notification in time, your (missed) exam fee will have to be paid for in full before further services can be rendered. We strive to give every patient a generous window of time with the doctor so that your exam is as thorough as possible, and we never double-book* patients. Please be considerate since we usually have a waitlist of patients seeking the Dr's services. We cannot inform those patients in time if we don't know you aren't coming.
